Just so everyone knows what is acceptable conduct from members of our guild ingame.
Firstly, keep to the rules of RolePlay. Keep conversations In Character (IC) in the Main chat tab, and if you MUST speak Out of Character (OOC), put it in brackets, like so:
Akaiddo says: [yeah lol, ok if you win this roll, you can "steal" my Platinum Sabre.]
Now, IC, you can be an evil person, however, you can't swear or do or say things that are inappropriate for a game minors can access. However, evil people don't really have much of a place in our guild.. do they....
OOC, you're expected to be a nice player, help newbies and be polite. Our guild has a ZERO tolerance policy on harrassive or inappropriate OOC behaviour.
Oh, and the Guild tab rules:
No sex, drugs, harassment of other players, it's an OOC channel, but try to keep things decent. Thanks.
Breaking any of these rules can result in being kicked from the guild.
That's all for now I think.... but if there are any changes I will add them.

And please do not offend other Guild mates.

OOC offending another guildmate is a SERIOUS problem which I won't take lightly.
IC... well if it's part of RP and completely IC, then it's okay.... but don't use IC as an excuse to have a go at people, or again, SERIOUS problem.

btw, is there any RP rules for the guild? Like, members of our guild should help enki at all times possible and such Vakachehk mentioned something like that

Yes, there are certain things such as helping other Enkidukai as much as possible. I wouldn't say that is a solid EVERYONE MUST DO IT kind of thing, as there are annoying players out there who will abuse the privilege of assistance from us, not all Enkis need help, etc. etc.
Also, we expect good behaviour from our members, diligence, and a good-hearted attempt at RP. I don't expect perfection in these areas, but if I start hearing complaints about players from this guild being disruptive, harassive, etc., I will be taking action.
IC, we are a Clan of warriors dedicated to helping the Enkidukai species.... so IC, your actions and words should revolve around that. At the same time, I'm not exactly going to enforce honour and virtues on you, rather, if I see things that aren't good, don't expect promotion, and if you get annoying or really start to affect what people see of the guild in a negative manner, I may kick you, or a Manthanol will in my absence.

Yeah, I am rather busy... I usually have in excess of eight windows open at any given time, three or four of which are being used to make contributive content for PlaneShift.
My Google Chrome window has six or more tabs open at any given time, three of which are forums related to PlaneShift as I have an important representative role to play as GuildMaster, replying and giving my opinion on several things. The other three are tutorials on 3D art making, and two for imageshack, which I use to pass information on to devs for PlaneShift art creation, and also to upload sketches so you guys can enjoy.
In short, the GuildMaster of any guild is usually the least available to be helpful. In The Warriors, how often was Proteous online, let alone available to help newbs? We have more important work to do.
That said, who helped Dharke when she was new? Who helped YOU, Vakachehk? Who helped Myriliana, and tried to help Larkai till he gave up?
I do my share of work for the guild, plus my extra share of work as the GuildMaster.
Note: This is me being a good moderator and arguing back rather than just deleting your post.

well 1) the warriors is how big compared to Kore Irka? (they have more than 50 members we have 31 - something like 10 alts/non online players). 2) contributing to Planeshift is Valentar work 3) which is more inportaint planeshift Dev or our Clan? 4) when Dharke was a noob we both had contributed i showed her a few times to Hydlaa and some othere places. 5) dont say i am not busy and should be doing more when OOC i have education to be doing and have a horse to look after and then i help as meany guildies as i can when im on while try to keep the platinum smelted so that you get your updates on how much GHF we have. 6) your very nice telling me that you will delete my opinion.

1) Volunteer Work, as is membership in this guild.
2) I didn't say you don't work, I merely rebutted the accusation that I don't.
3) It doesn't matter how large the guild is, running events and so on for the guild isn't easy business. It took myself and Teia, and all others who helped, an entire week of IG time just to plan the Promotion Ceremony, which lasted about half an hour. And that was a small event.
4) Devving for PlaneShift is just as important as the Clan, as it can benefit the Clan greatly. Such as a) getting us a GH for free (if cards are played right), b) getting inside info as to how and when wipes will occur, and other changes whether positive or negative, and c) general settings knowledge gained.
